This service is available for weekly and bi-weekly requests. The blades on our machines are not lowered less then a three inch cut. Weed eating will be completed around all lawn posts, lawn furniture and the property itself. Also, the clippings will be blown back into the lawn from all walkways and curbs.

This service requires all lawns to be mowed low beforehand. Then, core aeration takes place and over-seeding with personal choice of seed is applied. Next, fertilizer is added, followed by lime application. Watering upon completion twice daily will be required by owner. The property must not be mowed for a period of 3 weeks minimum.

​This service includes brown, black, red, double shredded, triple shredded, and pine bark mulch selection. Mulching is thickly applied to designated areas and is available year round. All mulch is treated and delivered by cubic yards.

This service includes hedges being trimmed to the existing shape unless reshaping is requested by the customer.

This service will require customers to obtain city permit if needed before beginning of project. Customers are also responsible for having utility companies mark property with existing utility/gas lines. Designated area will be surveyed and measured to ensure the correct amount of fencing is purchased. During installation holes are dug where needed and filled with cement for security throughout fence line.

​This service is only available for 50 feet or under removal projects. Trees, or limbs for trimming services, are cut down, chopped up, and hauled to the nearby landfill. Stumps can be removed as well at additional cost. Customers are responsible to have any utility lines marked in advance.

This service includes the designated area being cleared of grass and weeds and existing plants to be pruned. Next, a layer of fabric is applied and any new plants. If edging is requested then it will also be laid with vapor barriers.

This service includes spray application being applied three times during earlier Spring, most commonly in the month of May. Additional applications are applied only if needed. Before application safety measures for people and pets are thoroughly provided.

This service includes gravel samples, an estimate based on the amount of ground that needs covered, and the type of gravel selected. Gravel is delivered by the ton.

This service includes pruning bushes, shrubs and small trees being trimmed. The bushes and shrubs will be kept in the same shape unless the customer requests reshaping in advance. Clippings will be removed and disposed of to the local landfill.

This service will include all areas to be pressured washed before staining begins if needed. The area will be allowed to dry for 48-72 hours before stain is applied. If desired, a color chart can be provided for stain selections. After completion the area should not be accessible for at least 24 hours.

This service includes the removal of pine-needles, sticks, and leaves. Landfill fee is $20 additional to the original quote for service.
